<p>Today is Day #1 for starting a sadhana to end in 1000 days. December 21, 2012.</p>
<p>IF the End Time is coming and IF the End of the World is coming and IF you want to master something before then&#8230;today is the day to start.</p>
<p>40 days to make or break a habit<br />
90 days to put that habit in the subconscious<br />
120 days for the subconscious to work automatically<br />
1000 days for mastery.</p>
<p>Well, to make it as tough as possible and get as strong as possible, as fast as possible&#8230;<br />
I chose Nabhi Kriya, page 18 of the Kundalini Meditation Manual for Intermediate Students. Seems it is out of print on Amazon. Master your navel and all the other chakras will come in line.</p>

<p>I also chose Laya Yoga as the meditation.<br />
11 minutes of Ek Ong Kar-A can raise the kundalini very efficiently.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>C.<span>  </span>Still sitting in easy pose, bend the arm at the elbow and bring the hands  up to the level of the shoulders with the palms facing up.<span>  </span>Breathing pattern is the same.<span>  </span>Hold the position.<span> </span>3 Minutes</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>D.<span>  </span>Sit in easy pose with the hands in front of the body, palms facing  down.<span>  </span>Begin striking the floor with the  open palms chanting “Har” with each strike.<span>    </span>3 Minutes</span></p>
