<p>Dang, if it didn&#8217;t work! I noticed a difference in 5 days. Do give it a try!</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>NOTE:</strong><br />
Be very careful of the Rose Water you use. It should only be distilled rose petals, not oil or extract or perfume. On initial search at Amazon, I only found 1 brand that is acceptable. On secondary search, there are many more. Shop carefully, you&#8217;re going to be drinking the stuff.</p>

<p>That Summer, just to amp it up (tone it down?), I put together my own blend for the essential cold wake-up shower. Being hot weather, that cold shower was sometimes BARELY enough to change the space.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s my &#8220;formula&#8221; for a more stress free wake up. Your mileage may vary.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Get a bottle of good Sweet Almond Oil.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Get a bottle of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Bronners-Magic-Soaps-Pure-Castile/dp/B00120VWJ0?SubscriptionId=AKIAIWHBUXDPSNQR45RA&tag=wp-amazon-kundaliniyogablogs-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" title="" >Dr. Bronner&#8217;s Peppermint Soap</a>.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Get a small bottle of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Organic-Peppermint-1-Ounce/dp/B000VH5NU4?SubscriptionId=AKIAIWHBUXDPSNQR45RA&tag=wp-amazon-kundaliniyogablogs-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" title="" >Organic Peppermint Oil</a>; NOT the extract or flavoring.</p>

You know those flower remedies. <p style="padding-left: 60px;">Take the cap off the Almond Oil.<br />
Add 4-6 drops, up to a 1/2 tsp (Yikes! You&#8217;re STRESSED!) of Peppermint Oil.<br />
Add a half dropper of the Rescue Remedy.<br />
Shake well.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 60px;">Take the cap off the Peppermint Soap.<br />
Add 4-6 drops of the Peppermint Oil&#8230;Seriously, that&#8217;s all you need! It IS Peppermint Soap, after all.<br />
Add a half dropper of the Bach Rescue Remedy.<br />
Shake well.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 60px;">*Go easy on it. You can always add more later, if you don&#8217;t feel it is strong enough.*</p>
<p style="padding-left: 60px;">Head to the shower.<br />
Shake both bottles before using.<br />
Oil up.<br />
Take a COLD shower and scrub with that soap.</p>
<p>Feeling better?</p>
<p>Other than smelling REALLY FRESH, you may feel like the light got turned on inside. Kind of, walking around with a major glow. YES!</p>
